This real time enterprise dashboard is used by a corporation’s technical communications team. The unit is responsible for managing cellular phone use and other such communication technologies. Their dashboard allows management to monitor the progress of projects such as cell phone switchovers and software patches. The metrics are gathered and displayed in real time.

KPIs captured include: team profiles including total number of devices, unassigned devices and employees with devices, quick metrics such as quarter to quarter cellular phone spend comparison, project status monitor (project being monitored is the cingular switch over), and Messages (to-dos and notifications)
