The pdf that it came from indicates that this shot is similiar to the original Information Technology Dashboard from March of 2001. The company keeps the pdf alive at http://www.intel.com/it/business-management/it-dashboard.pdf The document is a must-read - it gives a grounding of balanced scorecard principles and is well written.
As you can see, the graphics are primitive and lack the polish of today's dashboard designs, but the document is well worth the study.
